Purpose of this policy
- Identify Eksnss: Contură and the platforms where it ships (iOS).
- Describe the kinds of information the binary is built to hold locally.
- Explain network use without implying that ordinary typing is uploaded by default.
- Point you to deletion, uninstall, and App Store purchase tools.
Eksnss: Contură should be understandable from its screens: if a control submits a note, photo, or identifier to a service you do not already expect, that control must say so. It is provided by Radu Popescu.

Processing clauses
- Purpose limitation. Information you enter is processed to provide the features visible in the app, including display, search, export you trigger, and local reminders the UI advertises.
- Storage. Content saved locally remains on the device until you delete it through an available in-app control or remove the app.
- Network. The app may make network requests to retrieve app content or configuration, communicate with Apple platform services, and open support or legal resources. A feature that sends user-entered information to an external service should identify that behavior in its interface. App Store privacy disclosures for the submitted version provide the applicable data categories.
- No sale of personal information. The product template does not include a brokerage of your in-app records to data traders.
- Retention. There is no Eksnss: Contură cloud inbox that keeps your entries after uninstall unless you independently exported them or used an Apple service that you control.
Choices and permissions
| Action | Where it happens |
| Delete a record you created | In-app delete or equivalent destructive control |
| Remove the whole local store | Delete the app (and its documents if the OS offers that switch) |
| Stop optional sensors or libraries | OS permission screens |
| Paid feature status | Apple In-App Purchase, when that commerce is enabled |
Use an available in-app deletion control to remove content created in the app. Uninstall the app to remove data stored only in its local container.
